MyFundCalculator ("we", "us") is built around a simple principle: your financial planning is your business, not ours. This policy explains what data we do and — more importantly — do not collect when you use our calculators.
Calculations stay on your device
Every calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. The amounts, rates and time periods you enter are processed locally by JavaScript on your own device. They are never sent to our servers, never stored by us, and never shared with third parties. There are no accounts and nothing to sign up for.
Information we do not collect
- We do not ask for or store your name, email or contact details to use the calculators.
- We do not record the numbers you enter or the results you generate.
- We do not build profiles, sell data, or run targeted advertising.
Local storage
To improve your experience, your selected currency preference is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. This stays on your device and is never transmitted to us. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Hosting & logs
The site is served as static files. Our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for security and reliability, as is standard for any website. We do not use these logs to identify individuals.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate, anonymous usage — such as which calculators are popular and which pages people visit. This helps us improve the site. Google may set cookies to measure this. The figures you type into calculators are never sent to Google Analytics; only standard page-view and interaction data is collected. See Google's privacy policy for how they handle this data. You can opt out using a browser extension or by blocking analytics cookies. We do not set advertising cookies.
Children
The site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13.
